Senior Strategy Lead - Pharma/Healthcare

Job Accountabilities:

- Support Corporate Strategy function in developing the organizations short term and long term strategy and planning, incubating new businesses, developing strategic alliances with the key stakeholders by conducting relevant analyses and business modelling, collating and analysing inputs received from the different zones/ business units, horizontals (e.g. Respiratory, API etc.) and the global business intelligence team to ensure continued profitability and growth for Cipla. The position should bring relevant opportunities to the attention of top leadership, which can help to meet organization objectives.

- Contribute to the development of the organizations overall short term and long term business strategy and planning to ensure continued profitability and growth.

- Partner with the business unit / horizontal/function/ other companies across different geographies to ensure organization objectives are met.

- Support in developing business model of the organization basis market realities/ pre-empt the change.

- Aligning multiple key stakeholders on a strategy when there are diverse and different view points.
