Senior Strategy Consultant

Our clients are internationally renowned, like Nokia, Toyota, GE, ABB, Neste, Danfoss, and many others. We are currently recruiting for a Strategy Consulting Associate to work on management consulting projects for high-profile companies and executives across Europe and North America.

You will work directly with the clients and present your work to the client executive team from day one! As part of StrategyCo.Global, you will be a core member working alongside highly driven and motivated individuals. You will advise clients across industries and topics.

Responsibilities:

1. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges, objectives, and market dynamics.

2. Market Research: Conduct market assessments, customer segmentation, and feasibility studies to support strategic decision-making.

3. Financial Modelling and Analysis: Perform financial statement analysis, including but not limited to revenue analysis, cost structure assessment, and profitability evaluation.

4. Data Interpretation: Gather and interpret complex financial and operational data to provide insights and actionable recommendations to the consulting team and clients.

5. Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities associated with M&A activities and investment decisions.

6. Due Diligence Reporting: Prepare clear and concise due diligence reports, highlighting findings and presenting recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.

7. Project Management: Support the execution of consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in management or strategy consulting, market research, or finance (auditing). Previous experience in financial analysis, due diligence, or management consulting is preferred. Recent graduates with relevant internships will also be considered

3. Analytical Skills: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesise complex data into actionable insights

4. Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and financial modelling.

5. Communication: Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.

6. Detail-oriented: exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all analyses and reports.

7. Team Player: A collaborative attitude, thriving in a team-based environment while also being able to work independently.

8. Adaptability: Flexibility to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing project requirements

Tools knowledge required: Proficiency in various tools is essential to efficiently and effectively conducting research, analysis, and developing strategic recommendations.

1. Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is crucial for data analysis, report creation, and presentation development.

2. Good-to-Have Data Analysis Tools: Knowledge of statistical analysis tools like SPSS, SAS, R, or Python for data manipulation and interpretation

3. Good-to-Have Business Intelligence Tools: Familiarity with tools like Tableau, QlikView, or Power BI for generating interactive dashboards and visualisations

4. Document Management Systems: Experience with document management systems like SharePoint or Google Drive for organising and sharing project-related files securely.
