Senior Statistician - BPO

- Provide statistical support and advice to clients including the design and analysis of studies, statistical sections for study protocols and estimates of sample size.

- Work as Operational Lead, ensuring tasks are appropriately delegated to other Statisticians.

- Support Statisticians working on assigned projects and ensure they work according to our SOPs.

- Ensure that the scope of studies is understood by the study team and ensure that any out of scope work is managed appropriately

- Ensure good communication with the client is maintained including the project status and any issues, including issues concerning the study design or conduct, or data collected.

- Ensure all statistical work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with our SOPs.

- To be aware of the scope and timelines of assigned projects and monitor work of the project team against both.

- Ensure quality control of statistical output is executed thoroughly and in accordance to our SOPs.

- Ensure that statistical output delivered to the client is fit for purpose, on time and completed within budget.

Skills:

- Good PC skills including working knowledge of Microsoft office

- Good knowledge of SAS

- Experience using other statistical software packages

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Good organisational and project management skills

- Good analytical and problem solving skills

- Interpersonal skills

- Proven statistical skills, including ability to communicate complex statistical issues to non-statisticians.

Qualification: B. Sc / M. Sc (Statistics)
