Senior Staff Engineer - Design Architect

The Senior Staff Engineer shall be responsible for architecture design and big picture oversight for the development of the application software.

Responsibilities:

- Design architectural concepts for the applications and their related frameworks

- Advances the software development processes (SOP, milestones, design reviews, etc.)

- Be responsible for the compliance and progress of software development processes (SOP, milestones, design reviews, etc.)

- Organize the work packages for Software Engineers

- Evaluate new standards and technologies, selects software development libraries and tools, procures and integrates third-party software products

- Advance the software development environment

- Serve as a cross-project interface to other software development teams

- Guide the software team in regard to software architecture, development standards and methods
