Key Responsibility :
- Implement an array of sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, industry events, and referrals, to proactively identify and engage potential sales candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process for sales roles, from candidate sourcing to interviewing, evaluation, and selection.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and a seamless interview process.
- Gather feedback from candidates to help improve the recruitment experience.
