Qualifications : B.Com/BE / BTech / MBA / M.Tech
Key Responsibilities :
- Experience of managing end to end recruitment process.
- 5 to 7 years of core recruitment majorly catered to tech roles
- Using both direct and indirect sourcing channels, you will work closely with the Stake holders, to provide high quality shortlists that match the provided roles and requirements
- Use social Media and unconventional recruitment sources
- Develop, influence and execute sourcing strategy for passive and active candidates
- Recruiting active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, social networking sites and job boards.
- Positioning the organization and the role to prospective candidates, evaluate profiles of potential candidates, ensuring that they meet strict hiring requirements by Pre-screening the candidates
- Excellent communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills to positively influence people along with ability to work as part of a cross functional team.
- Also open to handle HR generalist functions as required.
