Job description:
- Must have 4+ years of experience
- It is contract to hire role, initial 6 months on contract then converted into company role.
- Must be from IT Product or Service company
- Responsible for end to end IT hiring
- Social media hiring experience is a must
- Must have experience in souring from different channels like Job portals, social media, Employee Reference and head hunting
- Analyse the requirement and identify the best ways to source talent
- Work with stake holders
- Coordinating with different levels of interview
- Close the requirement within defined timeline
- Entrepreneurial zeal to get things done
- Ownership of the practice
- An ideal candidate should have fire in belly, an avid networker, a passionate head hunter, a tech savvy professional and someone who has a sharp business acumen.
Desired Profile:
- MBA with 4+ years of experience in tech hiring
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication skill
- Aggressive and Target oriented
- Should be able to work Independently
- Sharp, articulate, energetic with a CAN-DO attitude
- Strong problem-solving ability; solid analytical and critical thinking skill
