Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition - BSFI - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

Our client is US based Large multinational company based out of Gurgaon. They are looking Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for India and APAC Region. Candidate must be good at Tech, Non tech and Niche hiring.

Job role:

- Responsible for end to end recruitment for India and APAC Region

- Must be good at niche hiring ( Tech and Non Tech )

- Must be expert in sourcing from different channels (Job portals, networking, social media and head hunting)

- Must be from Tier 1 large multinational company

- Analyse the requirement and identify the best ways to source talent

- Work with stakeholders

- Coordinating with different levels of interview

- Entrepreneurial zeal to get things done

- Proven track record of success

- Ownership of the practice

- An ideal candidate should have fire in belly, an avid networker, a passionate head hunter, a tech savvy professional and someone who has a sharp business acumen.

Education and Experience:

- MBA with 3 to 9 years of experience in Tech, Non Tech and Niche hiring.

- Must be from Tier 1 large multinational company.
