Position : Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Organization: Advantmed India LLP

Function/SBU: Human Resources

Base Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting Manager: Vice President-HR

Role: HR- Talent Acquisition

Primary Purpose: Be a lead catalyst in the full life-cycle recruiting efforts for all India entities of the organization. Also, ensure optimum utilization of resourcing tools to achieve TAT with quality hires. To partner with internal and external stakeholders in a hyper-growth environment.

Key Job outcomes:

A. Recruitment and Selection:

- Effectively manage end to end recruitment life cycle from planning and sourcing to candidate assessment and offers for all entities in India.

- Effective development of recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates by using various networking tools

- Ensure optimum utilization of resourcing tools

- Ensure to effectively manage against tight hiring deadlines for business critical roles.

- Effectively function as the in-house consultant and the subject matter expert in recruitment and staffing.

- Leverage a variety of sources including however not limited to headhunting, referrals, advertisement, job boards and social media.

- Ensure effective recruitment at Mid, Senior and Top levels for all India entities of the Organization.

- Effective and extensive communication with candidates over a variety of channels to explain Job Description and candidate assessment for the person-job fit.

- Ensure essential support to candidates through the core team interview process as their primary point of contact and stay in touch with interviewers to collect feedback and ensure the interview funnel is executed well.

- Ensure an effective coordination between key stakeholders to plan interview funnels that are in line with Advanced's hiring standards and appropriate for the positions in question.

- Provide interviewers with extensive background information about each candidate.

- Participate in weekly team meetings and strategy sessions.

B. Process Standardization:

- Ensure institutionalization of an effective and efficient recruiting process

- Ensure the creation of effective recruiting operational processes and practices in alignment with the strategic vision of an organization.

C. Recruitment Analytics:

- Effectively yield various types of recruitment analytics to support the business operations, develop creative insights that accelerate business performance and set systems in place to track performance.

Work Relations:

Internal:

- Reporting to Vice President-HR for all admin and functional purpose.

- Interfacing with departments to understand and suffice their requirement.

- Interfacing with the Leadership team to support strategic and operational hiring efforts, and provide detailed analysis and insight into recruiting performance.

External:

- Interface with Applicants/ Candidates.

- Interface with Recruitment Consultancies.

- Interface with Job Board vendors/ Advertisement Agencies.

Qualification:

- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate.

Lead Recruiter is expected to have industry knowledge with exceptional communication skills. An individual with strong leadership skills and a demonstrated ability to influence different styles with a very strong ability to interact with diversified professionals at all levels.

The Job Profile indicates that incumbent must demonstrate a high level of discretion, tact, judgment, and poise. He/She must have an aptitude to maintain highly confidential information. An individual who is strong-willed, decisive, a fast learner and able to effect changes fast.

Experience: 3-7 Yrs, into Talent Acquisition.

A. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

B. Should have hands-on experience of working with sourcing tools.

C. Internet savvy

D. Well-versed with MS-Office.
