Talent Acquisition Manager is required for an Automobile Company based at Gurgaon
Experience - The incumbent should be a full time MBA in HR with around 10 to 12 years of experience in end to end HR out of which at least he should have 5 years experience as Talent acquisition specialist
Job specs:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive talent acquisition processes aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans
- Managing end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates for various positions within the organization
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, refine job Descriptions received, and provide inputs on talent sourcing options
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance the company's employer brand and create a compelling narrative that attracts top talent
- Maintaining Recruitment consultant's panel to cater to all sourcing needs from Supervisor to CXO levels
- Champion a positive and seamless candidate experience during Loop interviews process with panels
- HR Business Partner for Supply Chain Management/other function assigned to take care of their HR support needs partnering with other peer HR Centres of Excellence
