We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Presales and Solutioning Manager. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in presales, solutioning, and client engagement. This role involves understanding client needs, creating innovative solutions, and effectively presenting proposals to clients. The Presales and Solutioning Manager will play a crucial role in driving business growth by collaborating with various internal teams and ensuring the successful delivery of tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor.

- Conduct client presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to showcase our solutions.

Solution Design:

- Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to design customized solutions that meet client needs.

- Develop comprehensive proposals, including technical specifications, timelines, and cost estimates.

- Create solution documents and architecture diagrams for client understanding.

Pre-sales Activities:

- Lead presales activities, including preparing responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop winning strategies for new business opportunities.

- Conducting Demos for clients, Understanding of CRM products.

Team Collaboration:

- Coordinate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and delivery, to ensure seamless transition from presales to project implementation.

- Provide guidance and support to the sales team in positioning and selling solutions effectively.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in presales and solutioning.

Skills Required :

- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Selling digital CCaaS, omni-channel solutions, CRM platforms as a key requirement.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in presales, solutioning, or a related role.

- Strong understanding of technology solutions and their application to business problems.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Proven track record of successfully leading presales engagements and closing deals.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
