Senior Specialist/Manager - Talent Acquisition - Global Investment & Technology Development Firm

Position : Senior Specialist/Manager - Talent Acquisition (Finance)

Location: Hyderabad

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Playing a pivotal role in designing, executing, and refining the recruitment strategies for the client's finance groups across Financial Research, Financial Operations, and Corporate Finance

- Recruiting world-class talent in finance and business, from both campuses and the market

- Driving and enhancing various recruitment programs and initiatives for the client's global operations, as well as streamlining existing processes;

- Engaging with leading B-schools, while working closely with key stakeholders to attract and engage the right talent

- Leading initiatives to utilize non-traditional forms of recruitment, branding, and marketing, while championing recruitment best practices within the team

- Analyzing and forecasting budget and trends for the upcoming year

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 3 to 5 years of prior finance recruiting experience in both the middle and back office spaces

- Well-versed in the investment banking, wealth management, fund accounting, and financial operations spaces

- Effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work with a diverse workforce at various levels of the organization

- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth team interactions

- Proficient ability to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work culture

- Adept at multi-tasking and managing multiple projects

- Keen problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
