Senior Specialist/Manager/Senior Manager - IT Audit - BFSI

Our client is one of the world's largest providers of financial services, a leading provider of investment management, brokerage, retirement planning etc., looking to hire Senior Specialist / Manager / Senior Manager - IT Audit.

The role will be responsible for:

- Effectively conducting and managing all aspects of an audit project which includes evaluating risks, employing sound audit practices and leveraging data mining to deliver high impact audit results.

- Working with middle to senior management in facilitating the identification and resolution of risk and control issues.

- Implementing and executing the risk assessment framework. Identify changes in internal and external environments that will impact the risk profile.

- Draft complete audit reports that provide a clear description of issues identified, related implications to the business and recommendations to resolve the issues.

- Planing and conducting effective meetings with audit personnel, clients, and other third parties.

- Evaluating risks, controls, policies, and procedures and how management monitors, communicates, and mitigates risk.

- Formulating effective strategies to manage and mitigate risk taking into account the impact on other business units.

- Providing management with a concise overview of the status of controls and business model.

Desired Profile Candidate Description:

- Experienced in process audits for outsourcing operations.

- Project management experience.

- Good team management skills.

Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent.

- Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant would be preferred.

- 3 - 13 years of experience.
