Job Description:

1. The Candidate should have experience in Data Analytics/People Analytics

2. The ideal candidate should have experience with advanced Excel functions and macros development to utilize the tool's full potential

3. should have hands-on experience with SQL and be well versed in data warehousing and database concepts, preferably in Microsoft SQL Server

4. Experience in the field of data analytics, with an understanding of exploratory data analysis and extracting analytical insights from data

5. Candidate should have a proven track record of working on dashboard development projects on Power BI or any other data analytics tool like Tableau, Qlik, DJS, etc
