We are scouting for Sr. Software Sales Specialist for Middle East region for one of our IT MNC clients.

Position: Sales Position- Middle East
Nature of work :
This is a senior mid level position in the sales function. It is an Individual contributor role where the person is responsible to generate new business opportunities from combination of countries and verticals for the purpose of sales.
Reports to : Business Head - Middle East
Qualification and Experience :
- Management and/ or engineer graduate from an institute of repute with 10-14 years of experience of selling S/W products and or software services of which minimum of 8 years has to be in Middle East market.
- Must have experience in selling to C level in BFSI vertical.
Skill Set Required :
- Seasoned Banking Software Sales professional with minimum of 12-15 years of experience. Experience in developing and shaping significant business opportunities of $US 1.5M and upwards, including business case development.
- Self-starter / independent worker. Based on consistent performance can handle a team going forward.
- Strong combined Sales & business development skills
- Consistent Performance track record
- Experience in managing sales cycles for strategic opportunities (solution selling)
- Pre-established Relationships with CXO's with key Middle East banks, is essential for this role
- Knowledge of Banking Industry and Middle East Region Specifically
- Proven network of executive level contacts within the Middle East banking community.
- Knowledge of IT Software Products with high level understanding of system software & infrastructure
- Excellent communications skills
- Proven problem solving capability, including needs analysis and business justification skills
- Ability to travel as required. Position based in UAE(Dubai), however travel across Middle Countries
- Pipeline Management and close opportunities in a timely and managed process
Key Responsibilities :
- Ideation, Conceptualization of business opportunities that lead to new lines of revenue generation.
- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics
- Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition in various segments.
- Strategy blue-prints for ROI/market share growth, operational efficiencies and resource optimization
- Positioning with various industry stakeholders
- Establishing a cordial relationship with the clients so as to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Instrumental in screening of prospective clients and converting qualifying opportunities, account mapping.
- Effective package of products, develop sales collateral, solution demonstrations to mature genuine leads, strategize new product initiative and future Roadmap.
- Developing enterprise solution, specific to sub vertical customers and engage product marketing team to develop product strategies while creating winning differentiators in the market.
- Managing accounts for repetitive business.
- Create visibility in different areas through participating in events and road-shows.
- Represent company in Seminars, Webinars and in social media.
