ROLE:
- Working with the Head of Sales Operations you will have a key focus on sales capability across a national business network:
- Work with Sales Leadership and teams to embed a holistic Sales and Service culture throughout the Sales team.
- Develop and introduce innovative approaches to product knowledge, and selling skills workshops to maximise participant learning outcomes, and engagement
- Design, develop and deliver product knowledge and sales development to enhance effective coaching and leadership skills.
- Collaborate with Medical, Marketing, and Sales to deliver high-quality training and development materials and initiatives
Candidate Attributes:
- Detailed knowledge of contemporary organizational learning practices, including online learning technologies and the 70:20:10 learning model
- Significant experience in the implementation of sales learning capability frameworks and solutions
- Experience in delivering the leadership development requirements of the organization. Incorporating analysis, design and the delivery.
- Capacity to deal with ambiguity and complexity in addition to influencing through others
