We are having an urgent requirement with one of the biggest investment Group (MNC) at Hyderabad

Role : Sr Specialist - L&D (Talent Development) CTC

Exp : 2-5 yrs ( Tier 1 Colleges only)

CTC : 30-45 Lacs

Industry : IT & Finance Firms Only

The candidate's total and relevant experience has to be in core L&D and nothing else. We are not looking for candidates who have diverse experience such as business partnering along with L&D etc.

This role offers a challenging work environment and excellent opportunities to learn and grow within the Human Capital function. The candidate will collaborate with Human Capital Business Partners and other key stakeholders to play an active role in the firm's talent development.

Core work responsibilities will include:

1. End-to-end program management

2. Strategy generation to address learning needs

3. Vendor management

4. Data analysis and reporting

5. Opportunities to lead projects independently.

6. Strong communicator.
