Title: Sr Specialist - Learning & Development  Function: Human Resources  Location: Mumbai  Reports to: Manager, Human Resources  Contact Point: Human Resources, Business Services  POSITION SUMMARY  - The incumbent will identify the developmental needs, design, create and execute solutions across the organization at every level  - This person will also be involved in the content development, professional effectiveness, and high-potential leadership development programs  - Responsible to create a culture of learning for continuous improvement in people as well as processes  - Responsible for setting clear points of evaluation and able to demonstrate the degree of success achieved for all L&D interventions  - Ensuring that every L&D intervention has clear business focused aims that enable robust evaluation of the event's effectiveness, and measurement of return on investment  - To contribute to L&D communications using a variety of mediums i.e email, Intranet  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  - New Hire Orientation program :   Manage end to end NHO process including, designing of the induction sessions, coordinating with the other functions and manage interactions with new hires  - NHO Capstone:   Design, plan and execute the event to cover a refresher of all the training conducted in NHO  - Training Days:  Plan a 1-day training program every quarter which will have all the important and relevant pieces of training based on TNA and execute it in all locations simultaneously  - New PL Training:  Strategize and execute the New PL training program end-to-end by getting internal trainers and making the necessary arrangements  - External Vendor / Contracting:  a) Select and assign instructors or vendors to conduct training  b) Revisiting the current structure, content, and delivery of modules,  c) Market benchmarking, recording feedback for current trainers,  d) Training communication and branding:-  e) Publish Calendar on agreed timelines,  - Communication :  Creating awareness of the impact of several initiatives,  - Working with team members, partners, and key stakeholders to design meaningful learning experiences that meet audience needs.  - Using key metrics (both qualitative and quantitative) to continuously evaluate learning initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.  - Offsite:   Be involved in planning and executing the end to end offsite for SA/C/P/PL Cohort  Plan and execute cohort-specific training for all locations :  - Strategize and execute the Associate Communication Workshop for the A,SAs and also coordinating with the external trainers  - Strategize and execute the executive Coaching program for all the Principals and also coordinating with the external trainers  - Strategize and execute the One-on-One coaching sessions for all as per their CDC inputs and also coordinating with the external trainers  - Connecting with the global teams for implementing the best practices  - Learning & Development analytics & reporting:  - Tracking and maintaining learning database - TrO  a) Attendance monitoring  b) Identifying suitable dates in line with global, regional and local event calendar  c) Update records for all employees on a real-time basis - event creation and registration (a month in advance), event participation, facilitator contribution and feedback score, training recommendations from CDC and reminders, etc.  - Provide MIS from TrO for CDC kits and as required from time to time  - Supporting regional and global teams for logistics for training in India.
