Job Description :
Job Roles:
- To develop and deliver innovative English and product based training programs, self-learning tools and activities, to raise the bar for English and product knowledge for operational staff.
- Perform training needs assessments for staff at all levels and create and deliver training and skills development solutions to raise performance standards.
- Conduct quality assurance monitoring and evaluation to ensure training effectiveness across own training activities, measuring the tangible impact of training conducted.
- Ensure that all training documentation remains up to date and relevant to internal and client needs.
- Work closely with the central training function to implement business-wide training initiatives, share best practices and to support other locations as and when required. To plan and execute a diverse program that meets individual learner needs.
- Training New Hires on Product and Language.
- Conducting need based training for existing employees
Skills required:
- Prior experience with soft skills training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Soft Skills and Grammar
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Ability to inspire, engage and educate through highly effective training delivery
- Good people management skills.
- Ability to identify training needs and monitor the learning life cycle
- Ability to assess training need analysis.
- Broad-based knowledge of training methodology.
- Gaming or Tech. knowledge a huge plus.
Eligibility:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in soft skills training or in the field of coaching / training
- Candidate must have a flair for Training/Teaching, proven through past track record
