Senior Specialist - Human Resources

Responsibilities and Requirements :

- Managed end-to-end HR operations for Zyoin Group onboarding, client screening, and employee lifecycle management.

- Served as the initial point of contact, processing hire-to-retire requests within SLA.

- Manage employee records and ensure all HR databases are accurately maintained and up to date.

- Conducted direct communication with clients, candidates, and stakeholders to resolve inquiries and ensure seamless processes.

- Demonstrated expertise in auditing, and background checks to ensure compliance and accuracy.

- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Handle employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.

- Reviewed and executed HR transactions, maintaining high accuracy and adherence to procedures.

- Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing support for employee development initiatives.

- Coordinate employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.

- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits.

- Support the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives as required.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve HR processes and practices within the organization.

- Developed structured operating procedures to streamline the HR processes.

- Other tasks as assigned and as required to perform the duty.
