Senior HRIS Systems Specialist (Contractual)

Senior HRIS Systems Specialist
- Experience in administration HRIS - Success Factors, Workday, Greenhouse, On Prem SAP, no specific system knowledge required but experience in other systems
- Core HRIS Knowledge is key
- Has worked with and comfortable to continue with data entry/hands on
- Do not been to have implemented a system but managed it post go live
- Understand system updates and releases, reviewing data going into production
- Managing releases and related communication to the business and associated testing/evaluation
- Work with tech integrations to ensure the other company systems talk to each other
- Looking at efficient work flows
- Talking to the wider business systems, understand upstream downstream impacts of updates and changes
- Internal comms, communication and managing of down times, updates, proactive communications about fixing issues
- Understand impact of changes and knows what the knock on effect can be
- Help implement or advise/define business requirements for system updates, new features or even new systems
- Mid- level of seniority
- Standalone role - has worked with companies with limited support structure
- This is an End to End role and would not suit someone who supported a small portion of the larger process
- Someone who is Agile and comfortable with ambiguity
- This is not a HR role but a HR Systems role
