1.) Looking for someone with minimum 3+ years of experience as a HRBP.

2.) Some one who has managed Technology business vertical is required for the opportunity.

3.) Candidate should mange complete Employee Life Cycle Management.

4.) Some one who has done strategic interventions in the areas of Attrition Control Strategies, PMS, Employee Engagement etc.

5.) Individual Contributor role, for managing an employee base of 370 to 400 population.

6.) Good in communication written & verbal both
