Position: Senior Specialist HR Benefits(C&B)

Location: Gurgaon (Corporate Office)

- Benefits vendor management comprising third party risk assessments, infosec & data privacy assessments, vendor onboarding (new vendor set-up) / offboarding, and contracts compliance coordination.

- Vendor payments enablement which includes creation and validation of purchase orders, invoice audit against contracts, receipt tracking and payment of invoices, reporting and coordination with Accounts Payables and vendors until settlement. Includes research and resolution of payment issues and delays.

- Data reconciliations for benefits that are delivered via payroll, for example, completion of monthly benefits chargebacks or reconciliation of payroll deductions with premiums, in partnership with Payroll.

- Support benefits enrollment activities such as requirements gathering, portal testing, escalation management, etc.

- Own benefits content updates on internal company HR portals and other collaterals to ensure accuracy of information on all platforms.

- End to end management and administration of all employee benefit programs

- Responsible for publishing monthly reports and quarterly MIS dashboard to all stakeholders and presentation to HR Country Leader

- Partner with multiple stakeholders locally and regionally for timely closure of employee cases and queries pertaining to benefits, and surface escalations and complex cases to the concerned benefits partner for intervention.

- Partner with HRBPs to lead employee interactions for education and awareness related to benefit programs

- Own submission of benchmarking surveys to enable Stryker's participation in market studies.

- Provide coordination support for onsite or virtual benefits events such as Benefits Sessions, Health Screenings, etc.

What do you need to bring-

- Master's degree in HR/Finance or equivalent experience is preferred

- Benefits administration experience (2+ years) in a fast-paced environment with global MNC

- Proficiency in using MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint

- Ability to execute processes accurately and timely

- Analytical skills and a keen eye for detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Constant desire to grow, learn, and explore new things

- Deep commitment to excellent customer service and empathy
