Senior Specialist - Global Human Capital Operations

Team Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Specialist/ Global HC Operations to join our Human Capital team. This role offers candidate the opportunity to collaborate with global stakeholders and be involved with HC operations for our international offices. In this role you will draw on your domain expertise, collaboration, and communication skills.

What You'll Do :

Manage day-to-day operations for our global onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and HC compliance processes

Manage the Human Capital Operational roadmap and develop and execute scalable and employee-centric processes across the entire gamut of employee lifecycle

Maintain data and analytics of various metrics and create management level dashboards

Manage data and build-out of HRIS systems, including a stand-alone onboarding and offboarding system

Contribute to firmwide projects including employee recognition, benefits review, regulatory training, and statutory filings

What You'll Need :

3+ years of experience in Human Capital operations

Strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, ability to collaborate with global stakeholders

Exceptional analytical skills, an affinity for data and MS Excel, and a demonstrated history of solving problems
