Sr. Sales Specialist - Remote work - B2B Edtech
Role - Sr Sales/BD Specialist
Location - Remote work (however, one will have to travel to Bangalore few times in a quarter)
Employer - Edu-Tech Solution provider to Corporates
Responsibilities:
- Accountability for revenue and sales numbers with agreed profit margins along with chalking out a growth strategy and business plan for the company as per its vision and goals.
- Building out a robust sales and business development strategy for the company.
- Building a cohesive risk management strategy across the entire customer lifecycle - from lead generation to sales.
- Nurturing the right partnerships and building the eco-system for the organisation that enables greater visibility in the market and high-velocity lead flow.
- Building and nurturing deep relationships with enterprises and their respective L&D teams in line with the company's growth strategy. Establishing the highest level of efficiency and productivity from the sales team.
- Keep the business relevant and ahead of the market by constantly interpreting customer, market, and technology trends.
- Target setting, performance monitoring, coaching and guiding the sales team.
Qualifications:
- At least 8-10 years in a Sales / Business Development role and has solid credentials in the B2B Edtech industry. Please don't apply if you don't have B2B/Corporate Sales Experience in Edtech or a similar industry.
- Strong focus on budgets, targets, and achievements.
- Leadership skills with a broad perspective right from strategy to operations.
- Result orientation and proven execution capability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to guide and coach across levels in the line team.
- Ability to take the team along and provide them encouragement, direction, and course correction inputs at all times.
