Resposnibilities
1. Thought leadership in Customer Experience domain across sectors. Ability to engage and convince CXOs on why the Company can be their best partner for CX Analytics
2. Business consulting acumen to conduct workshops with senior client stakeholders and drive solutions
3. Play the role of engagement manager with single point of ownership of customer satisfaction, business solution, delivery excellence and account P&L
4. Manage engagements by building analytics and visualization solutions that enable insights as data stories
5. Lead, grow and manage global delivery teams
6. Own the revenue growth of accounts by account mining and conversion of opportunities to annuity contracts. Winning 2 to 3 new clients for Customer Experience practice
7. Build the Company's internal capability in Customer Experience and Data analytics. Contribute to CX platform building initiatives
8. Participate in the pre-sales, sales and marketing activities to showcase Gramener capabilities and convert sales conversations
9. Build CX Collaterals for theCompany - White Papers, Blog posts, Webinars and talks at Industry Forums
