Job Description : - 5-15 years of the overall experience in Pre Sales in Router, Switches, Storage, Servers. - Experience in Switching/Routing/IP - MPLS / IP Solutions/ Wi-Fi Core / consulting and Presales (Techno-commercial). - Strong understanding of end-end packet networks for the complete lifecycle and ecosystem - Introduction of new IP solutions e.g. Ethernet access, IP Core network, CGNAT, Security solutions, BRAS, Policy servers, IP Routers, IP/MPLS Solutions, Enterprise Solutions, Network optimization Solutions in the market. - Develop new solution propositions, Drive solution propositions for different customers &amp; develop new techno commercial models. - Develop and own TCO, business benefits, the business case for solutions /proposition. - Provide technical &amp; business intelligence about competitors, to make Company products &amp; solutions more competitive in the market. - Positioning of solutions &amp; customization as needed per customer &amp; developing of local solutions with mix of Company and third party products as needed - Work with the account team to develop solutions for the customers, take it to RFP stage for existing customers and the business development phase for potential customers. - Understand the customer requirements and translate them to the right solution. Carry out presentations and lead all technical discussions with customers. - Support trials/ new product, new solution introductions in the customer network by supporting and driving POCs. - Responsible for maintaining internal contact network with respective product management, design units and support organizations to address customer queries, market requirements, product roadmaps, customizations and new solutions.
