Sr. Solution Design Head - Customer Service for a leading company in Bangalore
Role:
- Define service market strategy, develop business plans, validate & refine solution designs and leverage on networks & build strong business development opportunities.
- Reviews market competitive intelligence for a specific domain / market and provides inputs and validates gap analysis.
- Provide inputs, review and ratify the solutions approach and the value proposition.
- Reviews and guides the creation of the RFP response and provides inputs to the pricing committee
What we are looking in you: -
- Engineering/Business/MBA graduate with total of 14-20 years of experience in Customer Service(Voice/Non-Voice)
- Past experience in heading solution architect team and leading large scale deals in Customer Services
- Very good knowledge of issues faced by clients and should be capable of suggesting solutions
- Very good understanding of BPO industry and trends in outsourcing
