Sr Solution Consultant - BFSI (EdTech vertical)

Required for our client - a global EdTech Leader in providing higher technical education to international clients

Solutions Consultant/Senior Solutions Consultant (BFSI)

Experience :

- 6-10 years of overall experience

- Preferable experience in techno-functional roles

- Preferably 3-4 years in BFSI / BFSI Consulting

- 4-6 years in Ed Tech or Technology and/or Project Management

- Consulting background from Big 4 or similar preferred

- Background in one of the following customer-facing functions: sales engineering, solutions architecture, management consulting, or similar functions

- Experience with higher education sales, workforce development, skills transformation, will be an added advantage

Responsibilities :

- Develop current sectoral expertise in the BFSI sector's skilling needs and build new solutions

- Develop expertise in Great Learning's (GL) content offerings and Learning solutions and work on expanding the offerings bucket

- Learn the basics of a wide variety of subjects, from Banking to Insurance Sales to Technology training

- Use your knowledge of the GL's content to design custom program/course outlines for business requirements

- Strategic inputs on building new products for the company focusing on the BFSI sector in digital transformation or capability building

- Supporting sales teams in client conversations, to understand the needs and pain-points of the clients and offer them customized solutions by acting as a Solutions Architect

- Help drive revenue goals through the Solution Consulting team's involvement in pre-sales and renewal conversations

- Help shape GL's positioning, product, and content strategy in the BFSI sector, by creating relevant expertise for thought leadership in the sector and building a community

Qualifications : Graduate/PG in any field (preferably IT/Finance)
