- Understand Client's requirement in detail to develop Payroll solutions
- Conduct necessary evaluation and validate client data
- Recognize the technical and resources required aspects for solution
- Design effective solution and present to clients
- Assure the solution can meet the needs of Clients
- Implementation of agreed solution with the client
- International travelling if required
Skills:
- MBA with 5- 7 years of experience in Business Solutions and Transitions.
- Incumbent should have high learning ability
- Played different roles successfully during the career
- Experience in Service Industry with HR industry experience preferred
- B2B (primary) and B2C (secondary) experience
- Excellent Presentation and Communication skills
