Senior Solution Analyst - SAP COE - SAP PP

Position: Senior Solution Analyst (SAP COE- SAP PP).

Experience: 5 to 9 Years

Job Location : Gurgaon.

Job Description:

- Should have at least 4 to 9 years of SAP PP and QM Module, with minimum two end-to-end implementation and multiple support projects with exposure on Upgrade and rollouts

- Should have hands on experience in configurations of all aspects of SAP PP and QM Module.

- Working experience on RICEFW realization and should be able to cater and map the business requirements

- In depth knowledge of MFG processes and business and integration with other SAP modules FICO, PS, SD, PM, MM & QM

- Required to have exposure and understanding of business functions like manufacturing, finance, purchase, inventory management, manufacturing, distribution

- To participate actively in the design and execution of enhancements and projects in the specific area of competency for Our Client divisions

- The competencies required would be analytical skills, good understanding of business and business processes, skills to gather the business requirement and provide appropriate solution

- Should be able to roll out training programs around SAP which allows smooth on boarding for team members into the same domain

- Knowledge of ITSM process like change management, incident management and problem management

- Should be proactive towards working on continues improvement activities for generating higher productivity in terms of business benefits and reduction of ticket count.

- Should have worked in a distributed delivery model with internationally located teams

- Should work as a SPOC in managing internal stakeholders at various level

- Should be able to independently support business operations and also handle enhancements and small projects turning around SAP-PP & QM module

- Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities and deliver quality performance under pressure

- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively work in a team environment

- Exceptional customer service orientation, with a focus professional interaction with all customers, contractors and vendors, both internal and external to our client

- Ensure the integration between the Project team, Support team and the business community

- Ensure timely issue identification, resolution, handling escalation & ensuring process consistency

- To communicate the functional and processes requirements to the development team by developing and maintaining design/technical documents.

- Exposure to ABAP, HANA preferred

- SAP certification preferred
