Senior Services Head - Digital Business Operations

We are hiring for Senior Services Head - Digital Business Operations for one of our reputed clients.

We are looking for candidates who have got an expertise in managing operations for Digital business (including Digital Marketing, Content Management and Digital Insights).

Experience - 14 years and above

Work Location - Hyderabad

Requirements

- Basic requirement: Full time MBA with at least 14 years of experience in managing operations in Digital Business domain.

- Good understanding of BPO Digital Business Operations from 3rd party and in-house Shared Service center perspective.

- Sound exposure of BPO Operations like Service Delivery, SLA Management, Governance, Client Management, and Engagement P&L.

- Local candidates will be given preference.
