We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager. As a Service Delivery Manager You will serve as a key member of the L&D Team, & Report to the Business Delivery Manager.

- Articulate 360 Suite most importantly Storyline 360- MANDATORY

- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premier Pro

- Camtasia

Primary Responsibilities:

- Demonstrated experience/success in developing dynamic, interactive and user friendly multimedia training solutions utilizing a variety of development software/skills

- Manages planning and development of high quality/production-ready eLearning content aligned to business requirements on-time/within-SLAs

- Leads definition of processes and work flows for effective content production as well as implementation of up to date development, technologies and methodologies

- Builds and maintains productive relationships with divisional learning & development teams
