We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in SEO and a proven track record of driving organic traffic and revenue growth. The Senior SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing organic search strategies, conducting keyword research, analyzing website data, and collaborating with content and development teams to optimize website content and structure. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute organic search strategies to drive traffic and revenue growth - Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing content - Analyze website data and provide actionable insights to improve search visibility and user experience - Collaborate with content and development teams to optimize website content and structure - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms - Drive the development and implementation of link-building strategies - Work closely with PPC and social media teams to ensure an integrated approach to digital marketing - Provide regular reporting and analysis on SEO performance and initiatives - Manage relationships with external vendors, including SEO agencies and contractors - Conduct A/B testing using tools such as Google Optimize or Optimizely - Apply expertise in the unique challenges and opportunities presented by these industries, including ASO for apps - Utilize ASO tools such as App Annie, Sensor Tower, and Mobile Action to improve app store visibility and rankings - Optimize app metadata, such as app titles, descriptions, and keywords, to increase app visibility and downloads - Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify opportunities for improvement in app store performance - Collaborate with the app development team to optimize the app's user experience and features for better app store rankings and reviews Qualifications: - Degree in marketing, business, computer science, or related field - 5-10 years of experience in SEO, preferably in the sports ecosystem or edtech/e-commerce space - Proven track record of driving organic traffic and revenue growth - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret website data to identify opportunities and insights - Knowledge of technical SEO, including website structure, schema markup, and crawl optimization - Strong understanding of on-page optimization techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, and HTML markup - Experience with link-building strategies and tactics - Experience with ASO for apps, including familiarity with tools such as App Annie, Sensor Tower, and Mobile Action - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment - Ability to manage relationships with external vendors and agencies - Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
