Senior Scrum Master - IT

Job responsibilities:-

- Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.

- Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.

- Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.

- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.

- Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.

- Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.

- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.

- Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.

- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.

Must Have:-

- 10+ years of Scrum Master experience with in-depth knowledge of Scrum and implementation of Agile Methodologies to multiple teams in large-scale enterprise projects & programs.

- A minimum of 5 years' experience managing multiple medium/high complexity projects in a matrixes resource environment, working with diverse Project Sponsors across multi-company and business units.

- Demonstrated work history of leading multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts, different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.

- Proficient with relevant Atlassian Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)

- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Must have experience in communicating with various levels of leadership.

- Experience with traditional project management.

- Must have experience to manage Data Engineering/Analysis Projects.

Good to have:-

- Active Scrum Master Certification (SAFeSM, CSM, PSM )is preferred.

- Experience in Scaled Agile Environment is plus.
