Responsibilities:
Primary (what he/she does 80% of the time)
- Responsible for new account acquisition and meeting revenue quota from sales of OPD/ PES business in the US geography
- Generate leads at CXO level in the US and Canada Region for Outsourced Product Engineering Services through Cold Calling, Emailing, Using Business Networking Sites and Social Media.
- Identify prospective customers in various verticals through secondary and primary research by using online databases.
- Proactively monitor market and industry trends and competition strategies to identify market development opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales/Presales team to exchange information on markets/leads/prospects.
- Participate in developing and implementing a business strategy, a business plan and a sales strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Approach prospects with offerings and map the services with their requirements.
- Maintains effective business relationships with senior management and, on occasion, influences executive management
Unique Knowledge & Skill Requirement:
- Established network of industry contacts and proven track record of acquiring new logos.
- A thorough understanding of the outsourcing business model and offshore services.
- High degree of People Management Skills; Extremely good negotiation skills and communication skills.
- Global experience, managed variety of projects and client relationships in the US/Canada/UK/Europe market.
- Driving common interest with effective problem solving skills
- Willing to travel extensively.
