Salary Range: 10-11 LPA

We have been retained by a well-known US MNC which is into a business of specialty chemical and supplies metal working and high performance process fluids and lubricants to some 5000 customers worldwide. We are partnering with them to get the right profile who can drive the business successfully.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Plan and Carry out pre and post sales activities in Direct Segment and distributor business in assigned Location.

- To plan and achieve the targeted sales budget, sales volumes, product mix in direct accounts, Collection target for Direct and distributor, timely collection of STF forms.

- To work closely with existing and new accounts to retain the existing business and acquire the new business through planned individual account support in direct segment.

- To recruit & develop new Distributor's in an unrepresented market and to ensure full assistance and training in developing business in the assigned territory.

- To understand and anticipate customers existing and future requirements and plan sales strategies accordingly.

- Plan and execute the appropriate strategies as per the Business plan.

- Responsible for business retention and growth in Direct /Distributor business.

- Give inputs to the business plan including detailed sales forecast.

- To conduct Product trials for product validation to gain business. To attend the customer complaints and resolve them to the customers satisfaction

- Performance monitoring of existing products Experience / Exposure/ Education: The following competencies & criteria form an essential part for the incumbent.

- Must possess a minimum of 3 years of technical sales or service experience in the appropriate industry (Metalworking).

- Immaculate written and oral communication skills, excellent negotiation skills, business acumen and a penchant for sales and marketing.

- Must possess the ability to retain and build new business opportunities at existing accounts.

- Position holder should be a technical expert, has good communication and relationship building skills, and is able to understand and to solve technical process and product related problems.

- Must possess the ability to effectively interact with all levels (including high level) of customer contacts.

Compensation & Benefit: C&B approaches are designed to attract the best from the Industry and would not be a limiting factor for the right incumbents.

Qualification : B Tech ( Chemical/ Mechanical or Production ) is a MUST, preferably with PG degree or diploma in Management

Experience : 3 years to 5 years

Location : Gurgaon, Baroda, Pune/Aurangabad
