- Maintaining a relationship with investors, existing customers and High Net Income clients across major cities in PAN India and presenting them new investment options in our residential/commercial projects in Bangalore.
- Analyzing competitors- activities thereby devising strategies to counter them
- Devising strategies and implementing for creating investment interest in clients across PAN India
- The central objective would be revenue contribution across projects by increasing lead generation through various sources from all major cities
- Facilitating investment opportunities with potential clients across PAN into luxury real estate property market in Bangalore.
- Leverage sales analytics at every stage of the sales process
- Responsible for sales of residential/commercial projects.
- Aggressively increasing the tie-ups with untapped channel partners across major cities in PAN India.
- Consistently partner with all the sales / vertical leads, marketing head, digital marketing team and strategy leads towards achieving the overall sales revenue and business targets
- Responsible for overall team performance, capability development and managing key client relationships from time to time
- Deliver revenue growth targets year on year
- Establish organisation name among top developers in real estate luxury segment in Bangalore
- Set up best in class sales process from lead generation to closure
- Develop and implementation of sales strategy and business development for all our projects
- The candidate will be independently handling properties investments, business development and sales activities
