Experience-9 to 16 Years (Should be as a Front line Manager from last 5 years)

Preferred Industry - Pharma only

Responsibilities :

- Achievement of sales, profit and strategic objectives pursuant to the company strategy

- Management and strategic planning for new product and service, development, and commercialization.

- Responsible for sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization

- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement

- Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs

- Major relationship and partnership management in healthcare / hospital industry

- Healthcare service and medicines sales to physicians and clinical laboratories. as well as big hospitals,brands.

- Conduct customer research to support new product/service development as well as marketing programs.

- Participate and manage ad-hoc projects to support and expand company business
