The Sales Operations Senior Manager in the Student advisory division plays a critical role in supervising, mentoring, and leading a team of high-performing Team Leads and Student Advisory services. While not directly responsible for meeting sales targets, the role focuses on managing team performance, ensuring adherence to protocols, conducting quality checks and audits, and reporting to senior management. Additionally, you will manage day-to-day operations and personnel-related matters within the division.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES -

- Team Management: Lead and oversee Team Leads and Student Advisors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment within the team and with stakeholders.

- Performance Enhancement: Develop and execute strategies for team performance improvement, offering training, coaching, and mentorship as needed.

- KPI Monitoring: Ensure that the teams consistently meet and exceed KPIs related to student enrollment, and conversion rates etc.

- Quality Checks and Audits: Conduct regular quality checks and audits on the work of Team Leads and Student Advisors, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.

- Sales Target Support: Collaborate with stakeholders, and teams to assist in achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment targets, contributing to the institution's growth.

- Protocol Adherence: Ensure that all team members adhere to established protocols, standards, and ethical guidelines in their interactions with prospective students.

- Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on team performance, achievements, challenges, and strategies for improvement.

- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of the student advisory Division, including resource allocation and process improvement.

- Personnel Matters: Handle personnel-related issues, such as scheduling, workload distribution, and conflict resolution within the division. Handles issues relating to attrition, BQ Management, and builds positive work environment.

- Stakeholder Management: Works closely with stakeholders across its geography in Canada and understands the importance of cordial relationship.

- Compliance: Ensure that the division complies with all institutional policies and industry regulations.

- Ad-hoc: Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by team leadership.

SKILLS :-

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Data-driven decision-making abilities.

Keen monitoring on the performance of each advisor - suggest, guide & advise accordingly.

Proficiency in using CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce and PowerBi.

Understanding of ethical standards and compliance in education admissions and advisory services

Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
