This position will have pole level responsibility for distribution of incentive plans, and calculations for all variable incentive plan participants. S/he will also assist in the development of the plan, enforcement of policies, documentation and communication. This position will help ensure consistency on processes, policies, and legal compliance.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Ensure sales incentives are calculated, approved, and paid using global tools / processes channels before submitting them to payroll
- Work with the greater sales operations community to review sales quotas for tie-out to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and maintain accurate quotas and other incentive data in system of record
- Reporting to sales leadership ensuring process success with the use of auditing and scorecards to ensure orders are accurately credited to their rightful owners
- Recommend, pursue, and drive process improvements to improve team and process productivity, timeliness of payments, and accuracy of data reported
- Reporting, via Salesforce reports & dashboards, MS Excel and Tableau. Manipulate, analyze and present data in a user friendly context whilst developing reporting and analytics that provide feedback on the sales and marketing organization performance.
- Data Collection, Identifying, analyzing existing opportunities by using CRM tools like Salesforce / OBIEE / Siebel Analytics data mining tool
- Provide development of suitable dashboards, analyzing current state of processes and suggesting improvements
- Respond to user enquirers and work with them to develop solutions
- Preparing variety of management reports would be the key deliverable; responds to ad-hoc reporting requests (few examples: comparing pipeline data, to performance and attainment) in a timely and accurate manner
- Acts as a thought partner to management during the execution of the sales incentive process
- Coordination with Sales Operation Leaders, Sales Managers & Directors for SIP needs
- Support Branch and Channel Organizations ensuring efficient and smooth flow of information
- Support sales operations initiatives as requested
