Job Description :
Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes) :
- Prior experience in building and scaling alliances and partnerships
- Proven experience working with partners to roll-out programs to drive awareness, demand and sales
- Ability to drive results through relationship management, negotiation and team management
- Excellent communication, presentation, persuasion and business development skills
- Knowledge of various sales CRM and engagement tools
- Bachelor or Masters degree from tier 1 college or strong practical experience. MBA is a plus

- B2C/ B2B EdTech or training business experience preferred
Key Responsibility Areas :
This will include but not limited to :
- Develop the strategy, plan for customer acquisition and roll out services
- Build and scale the institutional alliance with college and employers to drive bulk customer acquisition
- Closely work with stakeholders to understand requirements and complete feedback loops
- Responsible for on-boarding partners and manage customer lifecycle for lasting relationships
- Build and run pilot programs to test market adoption and expand geography
- Develop and motivate sales/ BD teams to execute and deliver business revenue targets
- Conduct periodic reviews to measure progress, partner/ user growth and revenue forecasts
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by partners for healthy and lasting business relationships
- Any other related item necessary to achieve role objectives
