Job Description : The regional head will be responsible to manage the sales for the southern region and for new business development.

Our client is a Swedish company focusing majorly in the security solution space.
Description :
- Generate and Manage Project Sales / Services Business and achieve sales target.
- Track, Develop and Generate Business Opportunities & Revenue in infrastructure Projects for Electronic Security Business
- Execute Sales Strategy with Consultants, PMC & Architects involved at the project inception stage with complete mapping of Key Decision Makers and business Influencers
- Work on bidding, specifying and system integration with concerned Depts./ OEMs/ Prime Contractors for Electronic Security Business
- Ensure prompt service to customers within agreed service level agreements and extend all possible assistance to achieve complete customer satisfaction.
- Judiciously use resources, costs and manpower to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower and other resources for better productivity
- To explore new growth opportunities for developing additional business in the area
Profile :
- Should have preferably handled Project Sales & Services related to systems integration, electronic security, Fire Alarm System etc.
- Computer Savvy (Ms-Office and Internet)
- Should have handled sales independently
- Should have handled a geographical territory
- Should be capable of managing a team
- Should understand current market trends
