Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the FMCG, Agriculture, and Automobile industries in Indore, India. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. This position requires a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the specified industries.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets in the FMCG, Agriculture, and Automobile sectors.

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.

- Identify and build relationships with key clients and partners in the designated industries.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.

- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

- Develop and manage the sales budget and ensure cost-effective sales operations.

- Work closely with the Human Resources team to recruit, train, and onboard sales staff.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team, setting targets and KPIs.

- Ensure the team's adherence to company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales and sales management in the FMCG, Agriculture, or Automobile industry.

- Strong understanding of the specified industries, including market trends and key players.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

Location: Indore, India

Interview: Face-to-face interviews will be conducted in Indore.

Notice Period: Candidates with a notice period of 0-30 days are preferred.
