Senior Sales Manager(Corporate Salary) in a Bank for Bangalore
Key Focus Areas:
- Team Management: Leading a team of CCRP to acquire NTB Corporate salary account, to drive cross sell, monitoring of sales process efficiency, drive productivity along with Product Quality mix.
- Training & Staffing: Optimum staffing of resources, Training & Sales team management (Both Classroom and Field)
Sales Discipline & Input Parameters:
- CRM creation for catchment- Segment/ Market/ Industry
- DSR, Lead Management, Maximum usage of Digital platform
- Focus on Activities at Industrial estate, commercial/ Business park/ Society/ Clubs etc. around the catchment
- Business Hygiene & Customer Experience:- Focus on superior TAT, FTR
- VQVP- Volume with Quality & Value with Productivity will be the mantra of sourcing.
- Wish-list based sourcing
- Hook-based sourcing
- Asset led relationship deepening
- Team & Leadership Engagement
Visible engagement with Team & Leadership, covering:
- Performance monitoring & review of CCRP
- Identifying gaps leading to underperformance, providing support items on underperformance, sharing of best practices across teams etc.
- Implement sales monitoring mechanism to measure the productivity of the team on core and cross sell targets.
