Senior Sales Leader - US Mortgage BPO Sales/IT Sales

Our Client : Our client is a mid size US based IT/ITeS company with significant focus on US mortgage market. The company has 2 offices in US and 2 in India - Bangalore & Coimbatore

Role and Ideal candidate :

Experienced Sales/BD professional with work experience of having worked in US market in Sales positions . Hands on deal closure experience is required. Sales operations or experience in only managing sales teams won't work for this postion

The role will involve developing business for the company in US mortgage market OR in IT sales across industries and would be expected to hunt and grow business by upwards of 1 million USD depending on years of experience

Good network among US mortgage market players OR among corporates for IT sales in essential to be successful in this role

Should have excellent knowledge of US mortgage market OR US IT Sales market

An ideal candidate would be a professional with years of experience in BPO or IT sales with some years in US market who has entrepreneurship ambitions and can take up such a role to which is seen more as a Sales partner than an employee

COMPENSATION

There is no constraint on compensation given the right candidate. The role will earn significant commissions on the revenue with no upside limit

JOB LOCATION

People who are already based out of US can join in US office and candidates in India can be based out of anywhere in India

Requires extensive travelling for Sales/BD to US
