We are scouting for Senior Sales professionals ( Hunters ) for one of our clients which is a global technology consulting and digital solutions company that operates in around 27 countries.

The purpose of this role is to generate new business/logos across targeted segment.
Role Overview:
- To maximize the sales of the company, the primary responsibility in this role would be to identifying new markets and drive new business opportunities for company's services.
- Your responsibilities will include Identifying & Developing Proposals, upselling & cross-selling existing Client base, assist in the implementation & specification of the solution - working alongside pre-sales team & manage pricing & margins as per the Company directives.
Candidate should have experience of at least 10 + years in direct selling within the IT industry (in the Australian market) with strong knowledge of the sales process & the technical solutions available. He/ she should have worked more in corporate sector in comparison with government and PSU. Presentation, professional aptitude, motivation & communication skills must be at the highest level.
Duties & Responsibilities -
- Screening potential deals and maintaining relationships with new Identified and existing accounts
- Visiting potential customers to demonstrate products and gain knowledge of new potential markets
- Acting as a contact between company and its existing clients along with new potential markets;
- Prospecting by phone or in person - in defined markets.
- Meeting with prospects/customers to negotiate terms of an agreement and conclude sales;
- Feeding future buying trends back to company
- Represents the organization at various community and/or business meetings; promotes existing and new programs and/or policies.
