Job Title: Sr. Sales Head (Sales & Operations)

Job Description:

- Developing the FTTH ( Fiber to Home ) business model with recurring revenue from this service in the respective location

- Managing the FTTH ( Fiber to home ) business model in co- ordination with the operations team.

- Tie up with developers to sign up FTTH / FTTF in the respective location.

- Subject to investment from company and / or Builder organization, managing the area for installations.

- Setting up wifi hotspots in our network area Qualification / Experience.

- Co-ordinate business activities in the region, co-ordinate working of all the departments, set targets for the region, and make the team achieve it, thereby increasing revenues and profitability of the company. Synchronize internal business of the company with the external demands of its products.

Strategic Planning

- Managing business operations with focus on top-line & bottom-line performance and determining company's mission & strategic direction as conveyed through policies & corporate objectives.

- Prepare the business plan for the region responsible, including the budgeted numbers, profitability and revenue.

- Formulating strategies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments / customer groups for business expansion.

Market Research & Channel Management

- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

- Building and maintaining healthy relationships with channel partners; supervising collection status for ensuring zero outstanding.

Internal collaboration

- Implementing management systems in the organization & ensuring compliance with the process requirements.
