Started in 2013, the team is composed of young, energetic and highly motivated IIT Bombay alumni, coming from different professional backgrounds.

Duties:

Must be able to work in the sales team under a supervising manager to implement and get maximum clients on board for Temporary Staffing segment

Responsible for executing all region specific strategies

Would be required to go on field and explain the potential clients about AasaanJobs and understand their expertise they are looking for.

Experiment with various Pricing strategies to maximise revenue

Should work hard to achieve the best goal possible in getting the clients on board

Work with the market research executive and formulate strategy based on market trends

Educational & Professional Qualification:

Graduate or Post Graduate in any field

Industry Experience:

3 - 6 years of experience in a similar role

Work experience at Global Innov, Team HR, TeamLease, Adecco, IKYA, Randstad etc prefered
