- Will be responsible for sales of Light Compaction & Concrete Equipment within Construction Tools in an assigned territory/Region.
- To be responsible for execution of regional strategy pertaining to Light Compaction, Concrete Equipment.
- To make Dealership & sub dealership network for LCC product range.
- To be responsible for Dealer development and management with Close co-ordination with distributors.
- To identify key customers / Potential customers & be accountable for all Key Customers in the defined area
- To strengthen the business relationships with existing Customers and scouting for new customers
- To focus on enhancing market shares for the LCC & build a long term customer relationship
- To motivate customer towards shifting to new technology in coordination with Marketing
- To drive sales development activities in the territory like customer meet, road show, product demo at customer sites etc.
- To be responsible for the training of Dealer staff/engineers for LCC product range.
Experience requirements
Candidates with atleast 3-7 years experience & knowledge of application in Construction Industry and proven record in sales ought to apply.
Knowledge
Experience in Light Compaction & Concrete Equipment will be preferred.
Educational requirements
B.E. from a reputed institute.
Personality requirements
We are looking at a self-propelled individual who is outgoing by nature and is driven by results.
A clear thinker with mature judgement is a prerequisite for this challenging assignment.
